1. Introduction

This Multi-Vendor Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Fairobuy e-Commerce Pvt Ltd ("Fairobuy") and third-party vendors ("Vendors") who sell their products on the Fairobuy platform. By entering into an agreement with Fairobuy, Vendors agree to comply with the provisions set forth in this Policy.

2. Product Listings and Pricing

Product Listings: Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing information. Product listings must comply with Fairobuy's guidelines and policies regarding content and presentation. Pricing: Vendors must adhere to Fairobuy's pricing policies and guidelines. Prices listed on the Fairobuy platform must be consistent with the pricing agreed upon between Fairobuy and the Vendor. Fairobuy reserves the right to adjust prices or remove products that do not comply with pricing policies.

3. Product Quality and Compliance

Product Quality: Vendors are responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of their products. Products must meet industry standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Fairobuy reserves the right to remove products that do not meet quality standards or pose a risk to consumers. Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of their products, including product safety, labeling, and advertising requirements. Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or certifications required for the sale of their products.

4. Product Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: Fairobuy's standard return policy applies to all products sold on the platform. Vendors must adhere to Fairobuy's return policy and guidelines, including providing refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products.
Return Process: Vendors are responsible for handling returns and refunds in accordance with Fairobuy's return policy. Vendors must promptly respond to return requests and process refunds or replacements on time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Responsibilities: Vendors must adhere to Fairobuy's shipping policies and guidelines, including specified delivery times and handling fees.
Courier Services: Vendors must use Fairobuy's delivery partner channel of Delhivery for courier services and order fulfillment, provided that they meet Fairobuy's shipping standards and service level agreements.
Shipping Standard: Vendors must stick the marketed by Fairobuy label on the product and use Fairobuy labeled cello tape only for promotion which is provided by Fairobuy logistics (cost isconsumed from the vendors). Vendors having their own delivery system can use it by ensuring they have met all the fairobuy shipping standards. The delivery period must be within 5 to 7 days from the bill date.

6. Termination of Agreement

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement between Fairobuy and the Vendor upon [Notice Period] written notice. Fairobuy reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in the event of a material breach by the Vendor.
Consequences of Termination: Upon termination of the agreement, Vendors must cease all sales activities on the Fairobuy platform. Fairobuy may remove product listings and withhold any outstanding payments or refunds owed to the Vendor.

7. Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between Fairobuy and a Vendor, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation and mediation.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction] for the resolution of any disputes.

8. Amendments to Policy

Amendment: Fairobuy reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Amendments to the Policy will be communicated to Vendors via email or through the Fairobuy platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any amendments to the Policy.

9. GST Registration

Vendors are responsible for providing GST details (must register for GST if not registered before) once the total sales amount in the financial year is above 40 Lakhs. If not summited its vendor is solely responsible for taking the consequences.

10. Payment

Payment will be released only after 15 days of the delivery date.
